Shipping

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS ground service. Some items, such as grills, ship directly from the manufacturer. As such, some items in your order may arrive separately. Expedited shipping may be arranged by contacting Ol' Bud at service@olbuds.com. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. A claim should be filed with the carrier.

Our shipping rates for sauce, rib rub, and apparel are based on the total cost of your order. We have provided these rates below for your information. These rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping rates for grills vary depending on the size and weight of the grill and the distance the shipment must travel. The cost of shipping on grills varies from $45 to $70, which is 25% lower than most competitors.

Returns and Exchanges

For manufacturers defects, call Customer Service at 912-647-5760 or email service@olbuds.com for return instructions. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number assigned and clearly printed on the package.

Ol' Bud's Bar-B-Q Store accepts all major credit cards. The charge will show up on your credit card as PayPal * Jecho, Inc.
